About to Enter the Pond
You take one step into the pond. A panel on a metal pole pops up out of the water. The words "ACME Underwater Security System" are printed on one corner of the panel which otherwise contains only a speaker, a microphone, and a few LEDs. A voice issues from the speaker: "Authorized access only. Please state your full name." It waits patiently for you to respond.
