Winding Gravel Road

You start upon a long stretch of road. It is bordered in parts by pines, birch trees, wildflowers, and meadows, and runs roughly parallel to the brook that winds its way down from the mountain to the northeast. As you pass the larger meadows, you are afforded a view of the mountain itself, in the distance.

While passing by some slightly less dense woods, you hear the sounds of something moving just to the west.
